Springtime!

Hi there friends!

It's Michele and I'm back with a beautiful Springtime Bouquet celebrating warmer weather - YIPPEE!! One of the great advantages of digital images is being able to make the image big or small or even create a scene. I decided to make a really big bouquet as I love flowers!

I printed the Springtime Bouquet on Copic XPress It paper and colored with Copics, I added some white dimensional enamel to the center of the red flowers and some polka dots with a white gel pen. Accented the entire image with B00 and B01 and die cut with MFT's stitched circle die. I added a fabulous butterfly that was actually white with sparkly stripes; I used pink and red Copics to color it up and mount with dimensionals. I added a few flags, a butterfly embossed background and that's it.

Spring is in the Air!

Hello everyone happy Wednesday,  Brianna here! I am going to be sharing a fun, bright and cheerful card using, Spring Garden Chickie.

This was such a treat to color. I added some black & white gel pen details to my butterfly's to make them look kinda like monarchs. I used my Spectrum Noirs to color in the rest of the image, here are the markers I used.

My pattern paper is from the Basic Grey Paper pack, Fiction.

Dancing Egg and Chickie

Happy Sunday, it's Kathy here posting today! I've got a cute and springy project to share from Whimsy and Stars. I've used my Silhouette Cameo to cut a little box. I decorated it with image, Dancing Egg and Chickie, and will mail it off to my chemo buddy this week. I love making non card projects once in a while to change things up. This was fun to put together and fill with some sweet treats.

Here with a Cup of Kindness for YOU!

Hi friends - Michele here today with a Cup of Kindness just for you!

I made 4 super fun tags which you can tie onto a gift sack or give just as they are! I printed the Cup of Kindness image 4 times onto Copic XPress It paper, then cut each with the Memory Box Distressed Tag die. I also printed just the cups repeatedly onto some My Mind's Eye designer paper. I fussy cut each cup to add to the tags.

I colored the image with Copics, added a coat of clear Wink of Stella to the center of each flower then added a dollop of glossy accents. I then sponged the entire tag with Broken China distress ink and began layering on the paper pieces of the cups. The sentiments were stamped and embossed on vellum. I just folded the sides of the vellum to create the faux double-edged tag and snipped the ends.

For two of the tags, I sandwiched in a spritzed doily. The back side of each tag is another piece of designer paper, so you can easily add a message; I then finished the tags off with 3 different colors of twine, perfect for tying on to a gift sack or giving just as they are!

Easter Egg Lamb

Hi, everybody! Suzanne here, and I'm so happy to be back on the Whimsy and Stars Studio Design Team! 

This month, we're featuring projects with Mabelle's Easter and Spring images, and today, I'm sharing a card featuring "Easter Egg Lamb"! This super-cute digital stamp, and all of the Whimsy and Stars Studio digi stamps are available through instant download in the etsy store!

I colored the Easter egg and lamb, and to give it some extra fluff, I added some Liquid Applique', then puffed it up with a heat tool. The egg got a little extra shine with some Glossy Accents and Stickles.
